    A BILL TO AMEND THE SOUTH CAROLINA CODE OF LAWS BY ADDING SECTION 6-1-525 SO AS TO AUTHORIZE CERTAIN COUNTIES AND MUNICIPALITIES TO IMPOSE A SUPPLEMENTAL LOCAL ACCOMMODATIONS TAX, TO CAP THE RATE THAT MAY BE IMPOSED, AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE LIMITED USE OF THE PROCEEDS OF THE TAX.
